Inspired Blueprints Sketch # 112

This weeks fab sketch from Inspired Blueprints - Number 112.
I've also combined this sketch with the Monthly Challenge on UKS to use this photo as inspiration - I would just love to live in this house (however I wouldn't like to sweep up all the leaves!!)
I have rotated the sketch as it worked better with my photo of my gorgeous boys choosing their pumpkins at the pumpkin farm, back in October (when it was a lot warmer!)
I've use a collection of papers and embellishments I've had a while - MME Halloween paper pad, suede flowers (I have no idea who made them, they are years old!), the crows/rooks are diecuts, Bo-Bunny swirls and a little wooden acorn.
If you look very carefully you can just make out the tiny bat brads and their are a couple of pumpkin brads on the tags!

I have used Basic Grey Lucille paper collection - embellishments are all Prima and the Butterflies are from Etsy. - You can find them here

I have also used these cute little cotton reels - I was looking for the perfect LO to use these as I've had them in my stash for ages!

UKS - Weekly Challenge - Nov Week 1

This weeks challenge was to follow the sketch, use stitching (faux or real) and use diecuts/punches.  I love to follow sketches and Page maps do some fab sketches - also I am on the DT for Inspired Blueprints - they have some fantastic sketches too - you can find them here
Photo of Sam choosing his Pumpkin.  I have use my favorite Halloween papers - MME Lost and Found Halloween - anything that has a bit of sparkle and bling and I'm like a moth to the flame!
Prima bling and a bit of washi tape - thank you to Jan and Sue as I pinched it from their fab collection of washi!
I added a few diecut pumpkins and butterflies, and a little wooden veneer owl!
Thanks for looking

Inspired Blueprints Sketch # 109

This weeks sketch # 109
Again I have rotated the sketch and have used some of my favorite papers! I have always love MME Lost and Found collection of papers and last year when they introduced Lost&Found Halloween I was also clapping with delight! Halloween and Pumpkin time is probably one of my favorite times of year.  We are very lucky to have a pumpkin farm not far from us and we go every year to choose our pumpkins.  This year Sam was very fussy about getting the perfect pumpkin!
I have used my new SU Gorgeous Grunge stamps to create some 'ink' splodges, and found some very old-been-in-my-stash-forever felt pumpkins!
I just can't resist a bit of bling and a butterfly even though its a pumpkin page!
The alphabet was an old Making Memories alpha that has been in my Halloween stash box for ages (Yes I have a box of Halloween papers and embellies!!)
