More tags!

Just a few more tags for Christmas.
This tag I have done using distress inks, Weathered Wood, Broken China and Chipped Sapphire. I have also inked some wooden snowflakes, the snow man has been cut using a Tim Holtz die, out of a acetate and then this has been embossed and the edged inked in black.
The tag below I have cut the same snowman out of glittered white cardstock. I then used one of my shapers and movers dies to cut out the '25'. The green inks used are Forest Moss, Pine Needles and Crushed Olive.
This tag I have used red inks Barn Door and Festive Berries. The metal embellishments are Tim Holtz, the 'Noel' is a TH die cut out of glitter cardstock.

A gift tag to go on a baby gift - neutral and the sex of the baby is unknown.  I have used a TH stamp - embossed with clear embossing powder to resist the ink, I have used Old Paper, Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain inks.
Added some Prima flowers and bling!
A little tag for my Niece's Birthday, using Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick, and Aged Mahogany inks, embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder, added a diecut balloon and embellishments.

CCW Countdown to Christmas - Day 24

Good morning and welcome back to my blog!
I have done a simple LO using baubles!  A quick and fun way of doing a Christmas LO.  The one below I have used a Sizzix die.  This is also a great way to use up any of those scraps of Xmas paper!

This one is using a SU stampset and punch.
Again it is a combination of stamped images and patterned paper.

CCW - Countdown to Christmas - Day 23

Good morning and welcome to my post for the CCW countdown to Christmas.
I have made some Tim Holtz style tags
For the tags I have made, you will need the following.  Tags, a selection of distress inks, stamps, inks like Versamark and Archival ink. Heat gun and embossing powders, collection of dies and embossing folders, a selection of metal embellishments, and ribbon.
Distressing is a messy and fun thing to do and for advice where to start go to Tim's blog and look at his Youtube vids - they are fab.  This tag below before I started playing with any ink I used a embossing folder to obtain the musical notes, cut out a tag (this one is a Magnolia doohickey tag).  I have then used a selections of pink inks such as Spun Sugar and Worn Lipstick to blend the colours.  I added a little bit of bling, flowers and a sentiment.
The tag has been finished off with ribbon, and a crochet tree decoration with a bell - that can be removed and put on the Xmas tree!  The decorations and the bells came from Paperchase!
This tag I stamped the sentiment first using Versamark and clear embossing powder, then added my trees with Archival ink before starting with my distress inks - I have used a combination of Crushed Olive, Pine Needles and Forest Moss.  The deer has been cut using a Tim Holtz die, and Grungeboard, and stained using distress stain.
Again finished off with some Tim Holtz metal work and a tree decoration.
Again this one was embossed before I started distressing.  I have used Barn Door, and Festive Berries ink and the edges have a little Black Soot.
The '25' has been cut out using a die and embossed with black embossing powder.
I have stamped the Deer (from one of Tim's stampsets), with Versamark and then embossed using black embossing powder before I distressed using Mustard Seed, Wild Honey and Vintage photo.  I then added the Christmas Blessing sentiment.

I have clear embossed the swirl, so it resists the ink as I distress the tag.  Used Archival ink for the snowflakes and trees.  I have used Weathered Wood, Faded Jeans and Chipped Sapphire distress inks.
All these tags were finished off with a selection of Christmas metal - and you can see how I have changed what I clear embossed and what I've inked - the varieties are endless!

Here are my presents all ready wrapped to go - by adding a ornate decorative tag I have used plain brown wrapping paper (I got mine from Ikea) and a little bit of twine and a beautiful tag!
Happy Inky Fingers!! and thanks for looking.

Good morning - after a very manic few days at work I have a couple of days off!  Please don't forget to pop over the the Creative Craft World Blog - its day 8 on our Christmas Countdown!!
I have had a few special orders for cards so here are a selection of them.  Unfortunately I've not really had this time to do much colouring so I have been cheating and used some ready coloured images from Lilli of the Valley.
This card was for a 70th Birthday and I have used some Stampin Up pattered papers.
Prima bling!
Stickles on the wings.
A few pins and beads from my stash.
Another fairy with Prima bling and flower.
Prima papers too!
Pins from my stash!
DCVW Linen closet papers (I love these papers)
Pins and flowers from my stash, butterfly from ebay.
More SU papers and this time the butterfly is Prima.

Same as before with added bling and butterflies!

DCWV papers again - love the neutral colours.

A personalized wedding card, lots of flowers and bling.  I have used some old Crate papers - Kaitlin collection.  The 'Congrats' is a SU stamp, and I added a couple of paper doilies.

Thanks for looking and please pop over to the CCW blog - there is a new project everyday in November from the fabulous design team - you never know there maybe something there you want to try!
