Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!!! No crafting yet - still been so busy - but I have got tickets to see the boys!!! - I am going with a group of friends to see Take That on July 1st 2011 @ Wembly - and I can't wait!! - The last time I saw them on tour was 1995!!
Me and my boys took a trip to the local pumpkin farm!!
Jack with his huge pumpkin!

Sam and his "does it shake Mummy?" pumpkin

and if we had taken this one home we would have been still hollowing it out next halloween!!
We are not sure if we are trick or treating tonight - Sam still hasn't decided!!
More pumpkins photos to follow soon - as they are all ready and carved - so watch this space!

Missing in Action!

Sorry folks I've been busy and you can see from the photos below what I have been up to!! (as well as it being half term and I've been busy with the boys!).
My lovely hubby was dragged to Ikea (kicking and screaming!!) to buy some better storage units for my craft area in the corner in the kitchen and conservatory.
Thanks to some clever jigging around and recycling of the old shelves I now have a nice new craft corner and its all tidy!!! (won't last!)
I am no longer spreading across the floor, blocking the heat from the radiator and we can now see the kitchen table!!!
Everything is so much more accessible and I can't wait to get crafting again - I've not done any for nearly 2 weeks!!!
Thanks for looking - now you can see where I sit most evenings once the boys are in bed!!

the flowers are from my sister - but I am sure she probably got them from Wild Orchid Crafts! Ribbon, pins and beads from my stash.

Creative Craft World Challenge

Morning everyone! I am so pleased to say I have been invited to join the Creative Craft World Design team and here is my first challenge entry for this week - black, white and silver!

Photos of my Jack (who at the moment along with his brother are both full of cold!)

I have used white Bazzill cardstock, and I have sprayed it with Black magic Tattered Angels Glimmer mist. The PP's are Delish designs and I have used a selection of punches to create the layered embellishments, and of course there needed to be some bling - so I have used one of my Prima swirls!!

I have used rub-ons and heart sticker from Glitz designs and the alphabet is my trusty American Craft thickers! Star stamps are from Stampin Up, sliver button is from my stash.
Thanks for looking and I would like to thank Lou and the rest of the team for their warm welcome - please go over to the CCW blog and have a go at the challenge!
